South Korean form


South Korea have won their last three World Cup qualifying matches in Group C, scoring 11 goals and not conceding a single one. They won 3-0 in Thailand and 7-0 in Singapore, followed by a 1-0 win against China.


Do-hun Kim's brief spell in charge ended after two games, with Myung-bo Hong replacing the coach.


Hong led the Taeguk Warriors to a 0-0 draw against Palestine in his first game as coach. They had 75% possession and 15-10 shots, but Seoul could not take advantage.


South Korea returned to winning ways with a 3-1 win over Oman. Hee-Chan Hwang scored early, but they needed two late goals from Heung-Min Son and Min-Kyu Joo to secure the three points.
