Kyle Walker has added to Manchester City's injury concerns after missing the trip to Wolves in the Premier League.

Walker, who played in one of England's two games during the international break, was not with the City team at Molineux on Sunday, so Rico Lewis kept his place at right-back and continued his good start to the season. Walker's absence comes alongside Kevin De Bruyne's ongoing injury problems, with Pep Guardiola hinting that the Belgian is not yet ready to play after his injury.

De Bruyne was predictably absent from the Wolves squad, although he has returned to training, while Nathan Ake was back on the bench following his comeback. Manu Akanji, who missed training this week and was a doubt, was on the bench for Wolves, while John Stones came on as a substitute.
